Opportunity Overview Seeking a Psychiatry physician to join our dynamic medical team at Medical Center in WV. Your medical expertise will make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our diverse patient community. Come be the best at the best! Job Details Call schedule 7 on / 7 off. Roughly cover 10hrs each day they are on First call at night covered by NP or PA and psychiatrist on back up only. (second overnight call occurs once every 3-4 months) Inpatient Hospitalists team manages medical issues 19 bed BHU Average daily patient volume for inpatient is 14 and for outpatient is 1-2 per day CCMC has a psychiatry screening process initiated through the emergency department CCMC has its own internal medicine residency program that enables for teaching opportunities for those interested Qualifications MD or DO degree Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire BE/BC in psychiatry Completed an ACGME-accredited residency Financials and Benefits Generous compensation package Sign-on bonus Productivity bonus potential Relocation assistance CME allowance Student loan repayment options Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement read more
