Compensation & Benefits
- $225,000+ annual compensation based on production
- Tiered production percentage: 28% 34%

Schedule & Lifestyle
- 4-day workweek (Monday Thursday)
- 5 days optional if desired

Office Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
