Position Overview: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR at Univision Computers, you’ll play a key role in speeding up our growth. This is a frontline role that focuses on creating qualified opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic engagement. You’ll connect with business leaders, introduce them to our managed IT services, and help develop a sales pipeline that produces tangible results.

Note: This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be near DeLand, Florida, or Missoula, MT to qualify.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Build a strong sales pipeline by making 80–100 outbound calls per day, initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients
  • Drive attendance for webinars, live events, and scheduled sales meetings through personalized outreach
  • Support sales execution by scheduling and confirming qualified calls for Account Executives
  • Increase conversion rates by conducting pre-call research and preparing relevant notes for the sales team
  • Proactively manage your day-to-day schedule, follow-up cadences, and CRM documentation to maintain visibility and consistency

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers
  • A self-motivated, coachable individual who thrives in structured environments with measurable goals
  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong time management, and consistent work ethic
  • Passion for professional growth and interest in advancing into sales or account management roles
  • Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or professional services is helpful but not required
