Outbound Business Development Consultant
Elite Consulting Partners | Mount Laurel, NJ (On-site)
Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission
Compensation
- $45,000 base + uncapped commission
- OTE: $75K–$90K (Year 1) | $90K–$110K (Year 2)
- Monthly & quarterly performance incentives
This is a high-output outbound sales role for professionals who are confident on the phone, comfortable with metrics, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will make a high volume of outbound calls to financial advisors and firm decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointments for senior consultants. Success is measured by appointments booked, conversion rate, and consistency.
This is not a passive call center position.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls nationwide
- Execute structured, consultative sales conversations
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Track activity and results in CRM
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
- Partner with senior consultants to drive growth
What We’re Looking For
- Outbound sales / inside sales / call-center experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with high call volume and KPIs
- Coachable, competitive, and accountable
- Consistent work ethic and resilience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Recent grads with sales aptitude considered.
