Job Title: Financial Operations Support (Entry-Level)
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Onsite
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour
Contract: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire)
About the Role
Great opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in financial services. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting operations, working with internal teams, and assisting with client-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily financial operations and client account activities
- Prepare and review client-related documentation
- Work with internal teams (operations, compliance, portfolio teams)
- Assist with onboarding, account updates, and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and follow internal risk/compliance guidelines
- Support process improvements and ongoing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
