Schedule (3 days in a Week)
- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service & Patient Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for all customer service-related issues. This role is essential in ensuring accurate coordination of patient/client medications, supplies, and equipment while maintaining a high standard of care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries and issues
- Accurately record and coordinate the distribution of patient/client medications, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with established procedures
- Provide positive, professional, and supportive communication to:
- Supervisors
- Patients and families
- Visitors
- Company personnel
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a related field
