Our client is a well‑established B2B organization seeking an experienced on‑site professional to support and coordinate sales operations within a structured, relationship‑driven environment. This role partners closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes, reporting, and customer engagement. This is a Monday–Friday, 100% on‑site position.

- Support day‑to‑day execution of sales and customer-related workflows
- Serve as a point of coordination across sales, operations, and internal teams
- Assist with oversight of sales activities, reporting, and process adherence
- Partner with senior sales leaders on workflow optimization and performance tracking
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for sales team members as needed
- Contribute to planning and follow‑up related to trade show participation and customer events
Required Qualifications
- B2B experience is required
- SAP experience is required
- Background working closely xywuqvp with an inside sales environment (relationship-based; no cold calling)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully on‑site environment
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Experience supporting sales operations, order management, or customer-facing teams
