Job Title: HR Manager
Location:Tallmadge, Ohio
Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000

Key Responsibilities (HR Manager):

• Serve as a trusted HR partner and key point of contact for managers and employees

Preferred Qualifications (HR Manager):
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or PHR/SPHR strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Experience in a global or multi‑site environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry
