Culligan Water of Charlotte is looking for a highly motivated, commission-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building their own pipeline. This is not an order-taker role—this is for a true hunter who can generate opportunities, run in-home consultations, and consistently close business.

** Responsibilities:** As a Household Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business and creating relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Generate new residential business through self-prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach

· Run company-provided leads while actively building your own pipeline

· Conduct in-home water consultations and demonstrate Culligan solutions

· Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations with a strong focus on closing

· Follow up with prospects and maintain a full sales pipeline

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

· Track activity and manage opportunities within CRM

** Qualifications**

• Fearless closing skills
• 1 year+ experience in a sales role
• Excellent communication & relationship skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings

** Compensation & Perks**

· 100% commission-based compensation (uncapped earning potential)

· On-Target Earnings (OTE) $125,000+ with no cap on income

· Top performers regularly earn $150,000–$200,000+
