Job Description
Only qualified Quality Assurance Technician candidates located near the Tempe, Arizona area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Education
• High School Diploma

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a lab or medical industry environment
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Technical writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience working in a lab work environment
• Familiarity with measuring equipment, microscopes, biosafety laboratory practices, and clean room environments

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Lab safety skills
• Experience with OGP Flash 500 Smartscope
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform testing per written directions

Additional Information
• Must have proof of Hep B series, be willing to undergo Hep B series or sign waiver
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

This position is a Technician for Field Assurance FA responsible for maintaining day-to-day activities in the Field Assurance Complaint Handling Lab. The role supports the timely completion of complaint returned sample analysis and requires familiarity with measuring equipment, microscopes, biosafety laboratory practices, and clean room environments

Responsibilities
• Cleaning and disinfection of lab spaces
• Collect record and analyze sample analysis results data accurately
• Conduct sample analysis testing outlined in protocols
• Decontamination of complaint samples received in the lab
• Documentation of complaint samples received for evaluation purposes
• Identify and escalate unexpected sample analysis results to the supervisor and team
• Maintain good documentation practices GDP when recording results
• Maintain good laboratory practices GLP, consistent with biosafety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe lab work environment
• Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in project planning scheduling and tracking
• Storage and disposal of complaint samples per procedures
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes and test methods
• Understand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements
• Use calibrated laboratory equipment and tools
