Inside Sales Representative - Technology & Telecom Solutions

Uncapped Commission | $100,000+ Earning Potential
AH Technology Solutions has been a global reseller of technology and telecom hardware since 1987. We support customers worldwide with networking, fiber, security, and low-voltage infrastructure solutions.
What You’ll Do
● Build and manage your own sales pipeline
● Make daily outbound calls (warm & cold), emails, and messaging outreach
● Develop new business while supporting existing accounts
● Use a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions
● Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
● Track activities and opportunities in CRM (Pipedrive preferred)

● Routers, switches, CATV & FTTH solutions (OLT, ONT, ONU)
● Video surveillance systems
● Fiber optic & low-voltage copper cabling

Requirements
● 1+ year of commission-based inside sales experience
● Strong communication and closing skills
● Comfortable with CRM (PipeDrive), email, and phone-based sales
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
● Authorized to work in the U.S.
● Monday–Friday availability, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
● Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
● Telecom, networking, or low-voltage experience
● Cisco or similar certifications
● Government or public sector sales experience
