FULL JOB POST FORMAT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) Pay Rate: $40–$44/hour

- Develop interview guides and coordinate panel interviews
- Manage up to ~10–15 requisitions at a time
- Gather candidate feedback and support offer discussions
- Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track and manage the hiring process
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting professional, revenue‑driving, or fundraising‑related roles
- Strong experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
