Stable10 are working with a high-growth, technology-driven financial services business that’s scaling quickly- more revenue, more customers, and increasing operational complexity.
They’ve kept the finance team intentionally lean, which means this isn’t a “maintenance” hire. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to improve how things actually work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and driving the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Leading reconciliations across financial and operational systems
- Strengthening controls, processes, and reporting accuracy
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Partnering with operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Supporting ongoing system and finance transformation initiatives
- Working within an ERP environment (NetSuite preferred)
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance (financial services or regulated environment preferred)
- Big 4 background is a plus
- Strong grounding in financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex businesses
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite a strong advantage)
- A process-improvement mindset- someone who enjoys building, fixing, and scaling
- Clear communicator with strong analytical skills
