  • Ideally have a strong interest in healthcare, physical therapy, fitness, yoga, or a related field


Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling patients
  • Responding to patient requests
  • Coordinate with Physical Therapists to maintain patient schedules based upon plan of care
  • Collect copays
  • Confirm patient data entry
  • Social media content
  • Office setup
  • Scanning and Filing
  • Administrative tasks as assigned


In person, starting May 18th.

Full Time Schedule Mon-Th: 7:45am-4:30pm, Fri: 7:45am-1:30pm

Part time position possible for right candidate(s). Part time position would not include benefits.
