Ideal candidate should:
- Have clear communication skills
- Be curious and interested in learning more
- Have a good organizational ability with schedules
- Follow directions well
- Be able to plan and organize your own work day and ask for follow up directions when needed
- Be extremely personable
- Be a self-starter
- Ideally have a strong interest in healthcare, physical therapy, fitness, yoga, or a related field
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling patients
- Responding to patient requests
- Coordinate with Physical Therapists to maintain patient schedules based upon plan of care
- Collect copays
- Confirm patient data entry
- Social media content
- Office setup
- Scanning and Filing
- Administrative tasks as assigned
In person, starting May 18th.
Full Time Schedule Mon-Th: 7:45am-4:30pm, Fri: 7:45am-1:30pm
Part time position possible for right candidate(s). Part time position would not include benefits.
