Placement Associate – Commercial Lines | Brown & Brown Insurance | Portland, OR

What You'll Do
- Support Marketing Analysts in placing new and renewal commercial insurance accounts
- Prepare premium rate comparisons, coverage analyses, and loss reports
- Rate accounts across multiple carrier quoting systems
- Assist in building proposals for client presentations
- Build relationships with underwriters and wholesale brokers
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in our management system
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 1+ year of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word & Excel)
- AMS360 experience is a plus
- Insurance agency experience is a strong plus
- Active P&C license is a plus (and reflected in compensation)
Compensation $24.04/hr — up to $27.00/hr for licensed candidates with agency experience
