Junior Finance Operations
Location: South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Pay: $20–23/hr
A leading financial institution is seeking a Junior Finance Operations to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in financial operations, analysis, and client servicing to launch their careers in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance and account transfer process
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support account-related requests
- Process and verify account updates, asset movements, and related documentation
- Review and reconcile client data to ensure operational accuracy
- Research and resolve service requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in finance required — internship experience counts
- Must be local to South Jordan, UT
