As the Business Unit Manager your responsibilities will include
- Leading multifunctional teams to support business growth, operational priorities, and customer programs
- Preparing business plans, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and commercial growth initiatives
- Managing customer relationships and acting as a key interface throughout programs development activities
- Reviewing proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Supporting profitability targets, operational performance, and long-term business strategy execution
As the Business Unit Manager you will bring
- Degree qualified (MBA preferred)
- Previous leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth, customer engagement and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of P&L accounting and EBITDA optimization
- The ability to lead multifunctional teams within fast paced and changing environments
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
- A proactive leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability
