Milcarskys Appliance Centre Central Floridas leading builder distributor of luxury household appliances is expanding and looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionalsto support our showroom in Lake Mary.
This is a high-impact, high-earning opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to build a book of business, grow long-term relationships, and be rewarded for performance.
Youll represent top-tier brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Samsung, Bosch, GE, Monogram, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Dacor, LG, Electrolux, Marvel, and U-Line.

What Youll Do:
  • Develop and grow relationships with builders, designers, and trade professionals
  • Actively prospect and secure new business through self-generated leads and company-provided opportunities
  • Manage and expand an assigned regional territory
  • Guide clients through product selection across premium appliance brands
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales support, scheduling, and warehouse operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to build long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Participate in trade groups and trade shows

  • Proven ability (or strong drive) to generate new business and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
  • Professional presence with a high level of integrity
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills

Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience in appliance sales, construction, or related industries
  • Knowledge of cabinetry or kitchen design
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
