Established relationships with local referral sources (PCPs, psychiatrists, hospitals, and discharge planners) within a 1015 mile radius of our Euless facility (200 Westpark Way, Euless, TX)including Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, North Richland Hills, Southlake, and nearby Mid-Citiesare critical for success in this role.

Job Description

Schedule:
- Field-based role with travel across Texas (primarily Dallas and surrounding areas)
- Monday Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
- Occasional evening networking or community events

- 37+ years healthcare business development or behavioral health sales experience
- Strong referral network in Texas preferred
- Proven admission or referral growth track record
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- CRM experience preferred
- Build and maintain referral networks across Texas behavioral health and medical communities
- Develop relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, hospital discharge planners, case managers, detox/residential programs, EAPs, courts, probation officers, and community organizations
- Generate consistent referral flow into PHP/IOP levels of care
- Represent the organization as a trusted clinical resource
- Attend and host networking events and presentations
- Strengthen referral channels
- Maintain CRM tracking of referrals and outcomes
- Coordinate admissions and clinical handoffs
