- Lead, manage, train, and support a team of Medical Assistants
- Oversee daily clinic workflow, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Assist with patient intake, medical histories, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Assist providers during clinical procedures and treatments
- Administer medications and injections under physician supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, ICD coding, and medical records
- Order medical supplies, manage inventory, and audit invoices
- Research vendors and recommend cost-effective supply solutions
- Manage and monitor access to controlled clinical areas, including pharmacy-related access
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and patient care procedures
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration
- Experience with EHR systems and medical administrative functions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and patient service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
