Build Relationships That Drive Business
- Connect with realtors, designers, builders, and local influencers
- Develop referral partnerships that lead to real opportunities
- Focus on quality relationships, not volume
- Represent the company at:
- Networking events
- Community events
- Local markets and associations
- Communicate who we are and what we stand for with professionalism and confidence
- Turn conversations into qualified leads and booked appointments
- Focus on homeowners and referral partners aligned with our ideal projects
- Support the sales team by handing off warm, well-positioned opportunities
- Focus your efforts in specific neighborhoods and high-value areas
- Identify where your time will have the biggest impact
- Host small events like lunch & learns with top-performing realtors
- Build relationships with complementary trades (closet companies, etc.)
- Share your presence:
- Before events
- During events
- After events
- Help build awareness and credibility organically
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable talking to both homeowners and professionals
- Self-motivated and disciplined (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)
- Professional presence and communication
- Ability to stay focused on high-value activities
- Organized enough to track leads and follow up
- Experience in remodeling, construction, real estate, or home services
- Existing relationships in the Maryland market
- Background in outside sales or networking-based roles
