The Role
Were looking for a Business Development professional with experience in Construction, Renewable Energy, or Engineering. This role can cover permanent placements and/or contract staffing, depending on your background, giving you the opportunity to build client partnerships across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, present proposals for both ongoing and large-scale client projects.
- Develop outreach plans through market research, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Meet with executives including C-suite leaders, senior managers, and hiring decision-makers to understand workforce needs.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and rates for perm and/or contract staffing agreements.
- Qualify open positions and collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing and screening strategies.
- Support clients through the full process, including pre-employment checks when required.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and provide account management support throughout projects.
- Use CRM/ATS tools to track client interactions and opportunities.
- Stay current on Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy trends to add value for clients.
- Represent Just Construction at industry events and networking opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- Proven BD, sales, or recruiting experience within Construction, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling and supporting permanent and/or contract staffing solutions.
- Ability to consult with C-suite leaders and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and guide recruiters to deliver on client needs and business goals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to be part of a growing U.S. business.
