What You’ll Do

As the Director of Business Development, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. This role is about more than sales – it’s about building relationships, spotting opportunities before anyone else does, and helping us reach new heights.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, realtors, and strategic partners
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to hit goals and love the process
• Analyze market trends and competitors to keep us ahead of the game
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand positioning
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Represent us at industry events, networking groups, and community initiatives

• You have proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within construction, design-build, or home improvement
• You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building scalable business strategies
