We are currently looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals within the center.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where permitted, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. The salary for this position is set between $110,000 and $130,000 per year.
