Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigeration, heat pump, and gas furnace issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Service split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, and air handlers
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuations, and system startups
• Educate homeowners on repair options and recommendations
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and appearance
• Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
• Knowledge of airflow, superheat, subcooling, and static pressure preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Gas furnace diagnostics and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Refrigeration systems
• Low-voltage controls
• Customer-facing residential service experience
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience
