Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, 36 Hours/Week (7 PM - 7 AM), Every 3rd Weekend

Preferred Experience: Background in pediatric hematology/oncology is advantageous.
Shift Differentials: Available for night and weekend shifts.
The role involves delivering direct nursing care in alignment with the established policies, procedures, and protocols of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and communication of patient conditions.
- Act as the primary coordinator among various disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Evaluate and manage patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a vigilant and safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school or equivalent educational background for licensing.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary.
- Regularly use speech for effective oral communication.
- Consistently stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing between 0-25 lbs.
- Engage in frequent sitting, reaching, and data entry tasks.
- Utilize vision for both near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances, as well as to identify colors.
- Employ smell to recognize various odors.
- Use hearing to receive verbal communication and detect alarms or machinery issues.
- Occasionally lift or move objects weighing 25-50 lbs. and assist with patient mobility.
- Occasionally perform bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and repetitive movements with hands and legs.
- Occasionally drive; rare instances of crawling and running may occur.
