Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys keeping office operations running smoothly while supporting customer service, documentation, inventory, sales, and operational workflows.

The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting a busy office, working closely with sales and operations teams, and building a long-term career path with increasing responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, purchase orders, credit card transactions, pricing documentation, customer orders, and sales-related data with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records, review documentation for completeness, and assist with monthly sales and operational reports.
- Track inventory logs, monitor incoming and outgoing products, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory control processes.
- Coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams to support timely deliveries.
- Provide daily office support, including ordering supplies, coordinating with service providers, assisting with scheduling, and supporting meetings or office events.
- Respond to customer, vendor, and internal requests professionally while helping maintain a positive and collaborative office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Job Type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA.
