This pivotal role involves overseeing physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy services, ensuring that residents receive tailored, goal-oriented care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to foster professional growth and excellence.
• Manage therapy schedules and caseloads effectively.
• Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Medicare requirements.

• Proven experience in a rehabilitation leadership role.
