The CDO will work closely with the Board, the CEO, and the leadership team to build a philanthropic program that engages a broad audience in the organization's mission and ambitious projects. This includes leading the development of relationships to enhance the organization's visibility and support, as well as serving as the top fundraiser and providing strategic counsel on high-stakes decisions.
