About the Role

A strong background in leading complex, multi-product SaaS organizations within the healthcare sector is essential, with a proven track record of integrating and cross-selling across product portfolios. Applicants for the SVP/GM position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a business or P&L leader, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. The role requires a leader with a strong general management capability, experience in the healthcare sector, and a deep understanding of AI-powered or emerging technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Health System, Health Plan, or Convener markets, and experience in care coordination or decision support solutions. Key qualifications include a proven ability to shape and commercialize technology solutions, a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, and experience in M&A integration and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
