About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Auxiliary and Business Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of revenue-generating and service-oriented units. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant senior leadership experience in auxiliary services, higher education administration, finance, operations, or a comparably complex multi-unit operation. The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Desirable qualifications include a Master's degree, experience in multiple auxiliary functions, and a history of improving financial performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong business, strategic, and financial acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to lead through complexity and change.
