About the Role

The Company is seeking an Area Vice President for Vessel Closure in the West region. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a high-performing commercial organization to drive growth, market leadership, and customer success. This role involves developing and executing area business plans, leading the adoption and growth of the vessel closure franchise, and building strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities, as well as the ability to travel 50-75% of the time. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, particularly in a clinically focused commercial organization, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in driving organizational performance through talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused growth strategies.
