About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Health Plans to lead the development and growth of the health plan business, with a focus on exceeding sales goals for risk adjustment and platform solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving business results, and leading sales activities and cross-functional initiatives. Key responsibilities include achieving business segment targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining a high level of product and market knowledge. The role also involves brokering and negotiating complex contracts, selling to senior leaders and C-level executives, and full accountability for the sales process, including RFI/RFPs and contract management. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales - Health Plans position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of senior-level sales experience in health plans, with a proven track record in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
