Atrium Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Rehabilitation Center located in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work EnvironmentAs a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite within a collaborative Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with various functional limitations and disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and evidence-based practices.
- Consult with referring healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercise plans to enhance recovery.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately, maintaining compliance with legal regulations and professional standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care strategies.
- Supervise and mentor support staff and students to ensure high standards of practice and care.
- Involve in community outreach initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects to enhance clinic services.
- Maintain ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals, from post-operative orthopedic patients to those with chronic pain and neurological disorders. Qualifications- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current State License in Physical Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with similar patient populations.
- Experience with specialized rehabilitation techniques and programs is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and improve treatment processes within a team setting.
