Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations to identify the functional limitations and disabilities of patients.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring adherence to state laws, professional standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and refer to healthcare providers to ensure a continuous and holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress made, submitting charges as required.
- Supervise assigned support staff and guide their clinical performance and professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs and internal staff training initiatives to promote holistic and informed care practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, in-services, and continuing education opportunities in physical therapy methodologies.
This role primarily focuses on a varied patient population, including children, adults, and seniors experiencing orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees (e.g., DPT) are preferred.
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems is expected.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize a diverse caseload is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
- Experience with specific patient populations such as post-op orthopedic patients or those with chronic pain management is a plus.
- Familiarity with treatment techniques such as manual therapy, functional training, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrotherapy) is advantageous.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
