Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess the individual goals and needs of patients to develop tailored treatment plans that promote optimal recovery.
- Manage a patient caseload with efficiency, averaging one patient per hour to ensure comprehensive, individualized attention.
- Implement cost-effective therapy interventions that emphasize improving patient mobility and functionality.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques and other rehabilitation modalities to reduce pain and enhance the range of motion.
- Educate patients on alternatives to medication and surgical procedures, focusing on non-invasive options.
- Create and adapt care strategies that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, ensuring each plan is evidence-based and patient-focused.
- Design customized fitness and wellness regimes that address individual patient requirements and promote holistic health.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients to motivate them and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to each patient's rehabilitation progress.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly to maintain clear records and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications- Possession of a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
- Must hold a valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- A strong, clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against your license is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise protocols.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is necessary to manage patient data efficiently.
- Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to show documented results in patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Experience with various treatment modalities and a commitment to professional development.
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 per year, which reflects the experience and dedication of our physical therapists.
