Work Environment

Your work schedule will typically run Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for flexible hours depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and functional status, using standardized tests and objective measurements.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, aligning with each patient's recovery objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to enhance recovery and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
  • Document all interventions and treatment outcomes in a thorough and organized manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
  • Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits
