Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient conditions through thorough assessments and coordinate tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and physician referrals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and engage in hands-on treatment, focusing on enhancing mobility and reducing pain in various patient populations.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and home care instructions, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and cohesive care strategies for optimal patient rehabilitation.

This position involves treating a varied patient demographic, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. You will be granted the privilege of playing a pivotal role in their recovery, from initial evaluation to the reassessment of their functional capabilities, while providing compassionate and committed care.
Qualifications- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
- Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions and patient management.
- Current certification in CPR is essential to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Technical proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems is advantageous for streamlined operations.
- A demonstrated commitment to building strong, empathetic relationships with patients, alongside a positive attitude towards teamwork and community involvement.
While two years of experience is required, candidates with backgrounds in specialized areas such as sports therapy, pediatric therapy, or neuro rehabilitation may stand out. Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team within a rehab setting will be beneficial.
Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
