Responsibilities include performing plumbing and electrical repairs, lawn care, general cleanup, trash management, and property inspections. Candidates should have experience in electrical and plumbing work, a valid driver’s license (use of your own vehicle required), and their own tools. A boiler license is preferred but not required. We are looking for applicants with a stable work history. This position requires a background check and credit check.
