• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies to foster client recovery and growth.
• Utilize various therapies including solution-focused interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques to improve client wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, participating in team meetings and case consultations.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Your role will focus primarily on individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as a broad spectrum of mental health-related challenges. Many clients seek our services for support in coping with life transitions and stress management. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficient in diverse psychotherapy modalities and practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in team-based environments.

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage clinical documentation.
