Empowermental Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services in a collaborative remote setting. You will engage in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and training sessions with fellow mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans by incorporating various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences, challenges, and progress.
- Lead psychoeducational workshops to provide clients with tools and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in our clinic to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate and appropriate care.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously engage in professional development, staying updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clinic serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, particularly evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a positive client-therapist relationship.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to collective patient care efforts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
- Previous experience in community health or outpatient settings is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
