We are a busy two-physician private practice specializing in pulmonary, sleep, and internal medicine care medicine in Beverly Hill. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and skilled Medical Assistant who will perform a blend of clinical and administrative duties, including:
- Patient intake and vital signs
- Phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Pulmonary function testing
- Home sleep testing setup and instruction
- Scheduling and EHR documentation
- Coordinating care with physicians and patients
Requirements
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
- Prior experience in pulmonary or sleep medicine offices is a plus (training provided)
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Competitive pay: $23–$27/hour based on experience
