Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Perform fit-gap analysis and create functional designs and process flows
• Prototype, configure, test, and support training and post-go-live activities
• Develop current-state and future-state process designs and identify efficiency and control opportunities
• Prepare project deliverables and coordinate workstreams across project phases
• Support internal business development efforts such as proposals and pursuit materials
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Lead or co-lead workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Key requirements

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 3+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules
• Experience documenting requirements, process design (current/future state), fit-gap analysis, and conference room pilots
• Experience with functional configuration, testing, and user training
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
