Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions, specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy using a range of psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring the use of modalities supported by research and best practices.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services, which may involve suicide assessments and recommending hospitalization when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, including physicians and mental health teams, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and psychosocial assessments in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in the formulation of clinical policies and procedures, contributing insights from your practice to enhance service delivery.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and engage in continuing education opportunities to remain current with advancements in social work practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will primarily support individuals and families dealing with severe illnesses, end-of-life issues, and bereavement. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
