Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their goals.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing immediate de-escalation and support as necessary.
  • Lead community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues, thereby helping to destigmatize mental health care.

Qualifications
