Work EnvironmentThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to achieve a work-life balance while contributing to our mission. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend sessions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using validated tools and individualized interviews.
- Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the specific goals of each client.
- Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing therapeutic modalities designed for varied presentations of mental health issues.
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical professionals, social workers, and other specialists to coordinate the comprehensive care of clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications- A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
- A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- A demonstrated history of providing individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques and methodologies applicable to mental health treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A commitment to ethical practices, particularly in maintaining client confidentiality and respectful care.
Having a background in trauma-informed care and experience working with populations affected by addiction or severe mental illness is highly desirable. Familiarity with using technology in therapy, such as telehealth platforms, can enhance service delivery and client engagement.
