Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to become part of our rapidly growing division in Charlotte! Practice Highlights:- General urology and subspecialty opportunities, allowing for the integration of personal subspecialty interests.
- Join a rapidly expanding, physician-owned and led organization.
- Immediate patient volume with a solid referral network.
- Contribute to shaping the future development of the practice.
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assist with call duties, reducing the burden on physicians.
- A collaborative and extensive APP framework throughout the organization, maintaining approximately a 1:1 APP-to-physician ratio.
- Shared call responsibilities that are manageable and non-burdensome.
- Physicians practice within designated geographic areas and cover local hospitals.
- Dedicated operating room (OR) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) block time available.
- Typical work schedule includes 3 clinic days and 2 OR days.
- Teaching opportunities available for premedical and medical students.

- Ancillary opportunities encompass pharmacy, PAE, imaging, IOD, pathology, PET scanning, clinical research, ASC, and more.
- Partnership track available after approximately 24 months.
