Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to clients, conducting assessments and delivering therapy for individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans that address each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and utilize effective interventions focused on immediate and long-term recovery goals.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a swift and supportive response to clients in distress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication among clients, families, and other service providers to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of relevant assessments and follow-up reports.
• Participate in agency-wide committees aimed at enhancing service delivery systems and quality improvements.
