Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility needed to manage your schedule while serving students from various locales. You will collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support systems are in place for students. The digital environment utilizes secure electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual counseling, therapy sessions, and psychotherapy tailored to the needs of students, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update detailed treatment and discharge plans, ensuring they align with the student's unique needs and educational goals.
- Perform thorough assessments by collecting data through in-depth interviews, case histories, and observations, using this information to craft strategic interventions or referrals to other specialists when necessary.
- Maintain an active caseload, providing both individual and collateral therapy while ensuring that treatment plans are adhered to and adjusted as needed.
- Review and document client files meticulously for compliance with both internal and external regulations; ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and reflects the highest clinical standards.
- Engage in regular training and adapt assessment protocols in line with best practice guidelines and health plan requirements to enhance service delivery.
As a Social Worker at ReviveLife, you will primarily work with students ranging in age from preschool to high school. Qualifications- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory, ensuring a solid theoretical foundation in clinical practice.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year specifically focused on mental health, is required to ensure you possess the practical skills necessary to navigate complex cases.
- An active and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW) is essential for this position.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in social services, case management, or as a social worker is vital to your success in this role.
