In this role you will serve as a strategic FP&A partner for the Surgical Operating Unit, guiding planning, forecasting, and performance management to enable growth and profitability. You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape investment and resource decisions, delivering data-driven insights and rigorous financial analysis. The position involves leading a high-performing finance team and aligning financial strategy with the unit's objectives. - Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead annual operating planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes
- Deliver executive-level insights on revenue, margin, operating expense, capital investments, and growth opportunities
- Provide financial analysis and insights on revenue, gross margin, OPEX, capital investments, and performance
- Communicate financial results, drivers, risks, and outlook to stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, R&D, portfolio, and corporate teams for strategic decision-making
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and cost optimization efforts
- Drive performance management through metrics, forecasting accuracy, and actionable insights
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization through leadership, talent development, succession planning, and coaching
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance and 7+ years of people leadership OR advanced degree with 8+ years in finance and 7+ years of people leadership
- Experience leading FP&A, forecasting, annual planning, and business performance management
- Experience managing P&L and supporting executive financial decision-making
- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience leading and developing teams in a global organization
